Moultrian charged in Cook Co. drug case
MOULTRIE — A Moultrie man was arrested Monday on drug charges related to a Cook County case, the Moultrie Police Department reported. C.L. Smith Jr. was arrested after police received a report at 1:21 p.m. that a wanted person was in the first block of Main Street.
